I am an Executive Renal Rare Disease Account Specialist at Novartis, driven by a deep commitment to patient advocacy in the nephrology space. My work allows me to leverage my experiences to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those affected by chronic kidney disease.

Previously, I served as the Asian Employee Resource Group Co-Lead at AstraZeneca, where I focused on fostering a more equitable environment where every voice is valued. I take pride in my achievements in mentorship, sales excellence, and leadership—experiences that have empowered me to drive positive change within every organization I’ve served.
I also partner with the National Kidney Foundation and proudly serve on the steering committee for Great Plates, an annual fundraiser that raises awareness and support for kidney health.
Life Beyond Work: Motherhood and Family
Outside of work, I’m a proud mother of three beautiful and unique daughters—Cassidie (31), Maggie (26), and Charlotte (8). As a working mom, I’ve always encouraged each of them to find their voice and make an impact in their own way. I’m also grateful to be supported by my wonderful husband, Steven, who stands beside me in every endeavor.
I’m passionate about inclusion and diversity, and I strive to uplift others through my work and community efforts. As a strong advocate for women over 40, I encourage everyone to embrace their unique journey and seek mentorship to help navigate life’s inevitable challenges.
